This presentation will cover the Nebraska Attorney General’s oversight and enforcement duties with regard to charities in Nebraska. As such the presentation will touch upon the AG’s role as outlined by the Nebraska Nonprofit Corporation Act, the Uniform Trust Code, and the Uniform Prudent Management of Institutional Funds Act, as well the office’s common law duties and powers.
This program is approved for one hour of CLE, CPE, CFP, CAP, PACE and NE Ins CE.
