Jacobsen, “Fiduciary Duty and the Imperative of Iowa and Nebraska Uniform Prudent Investor Acts”\n \nAttendees of this program will gain a knowledge of the requisite fiduciary standards as they relate to the Iowa and Nebraska investment standards.  The presentation will cover the source of the law, the standards of care and related fiduciary duties.  \n \nSpeaker Bio: Jon A. Jacobsen\n A previous SWILL presenter, Jacobsen is Vice President and Senior Trust Officer at Security National Bank Wealth Management and Trust Services in Council Bluffs/Omaha.  A member of both the Iowa and Nebraska State Bar Associations, Jon also belongs to the Omaha and Council Bluffs Estate Planning Councils.  He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S.B.A. degree (Finance Major), from Creighton University in 1983, and earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Iowa in 1988, where he served as Associate Managing Editor for the Journal of Corporation Law during academic year 1987-1988.  SNB is a member of the Iowa Trust Association, and Jon is a member of the ISBA Probate, Trust and Estate Planning Law Section.\n \nRegister online through the link below or by contacting Stacie@OmahaEstate.org.\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n
