Interest rates affect many estate planning techniques, including GRATs, CRUTS, CRATs, CLATs, QPRTs, intrafamily loans, and a whole host of the other alphabet soup of estate planning strategies.  Choosing the right estate planning strategy may be positively or negatively affected by low (currently) or higher (perhaps in the future) interest rates.

This program offers one hour of credit for NE & IA CLE, NE Life Insurance CE, NE CPE and CFP (pending approvals). A general certificate of attandance is available for self-reporting (AEP, CAP, PACE, etc.).
