Attendees of this program will learn about Collaborative Divorce, why it may be a better solution for your clients than traditional divorce and how it is being used in Probate Court. The speakers will explore financial considerations prior to and during divorce, the emotional aspects of divorce and how to achieve positive outcomes in what is traditionally a negative and painful process. 

This program offers one hour of credit for NE & IA CLE, NE Life Insurance CE, NE CPE and CFP (pending approvals). A general certificate of attandance is available for self-reporting (AEP, CAP, PACE, etc.).
